The entire staff were quite friendly and complete professionals! I was at this practice two years ago in 2022 and received the same level of personalized care! By far the most streamlined and pleasant visit I’ve had to an urgent care/walk-in clinic. Staff was friendly and efficient, the office was clean and comfortable and I was seen and treated very quickly and respectfully. Parking was also super easy. I had no idea this clinic was here and I will be going here for all future walk-in/urgent care needs. Highly recommend.

My first time at PM Pediatrics. Even though t walkin wait was about 1 and half hours, the staff was very accommodating and notify me when my turn is near.Nurse ( Michelle, I think) was super nice to my 8 year old to make him feel as comfortable as possible.Dr on duty was very nice and efficient too.Definitely will recommend.

The staff and the doctor were amazingly on top of things and were friendly. Very efficient and smoothly run. Called Monday morning and got a pre-op appointment for one hour later, an involved process with cardiogram and bloodwork, which took no longer than 40 including sign-in. Very personable staff, but that's a two-way street; I'm personable. So the appointment was actually fun (partly because I was not feeling ill or dicy).

For a first time visit, I was very impressed. From the phone call the day prior, making the appointment was swift. Excellent attendance in the front.Very polite staff from the waiting area to the exam room…Excellent bed side manners of the Pediatrician, and medical assistant. My daughter felt at ease..I’m certain we will be back if the need arises.

This was our first time coming to PM Pediatrics. I wish I would have know about it sooner. The physician was very knowledgeable. She is a pediatric ER physician. After her thorough exam, she gave us the time we needed to talk and ask questions. I felt very comfortable with her recommendations.
